~TYPE OF HOUSING~


 

The employer will provide you with housing. In most cases, the housing will be shared with other teachers in an apartment or a villa. Sometimes, the employers provide single housings.
All basic furnishings will be provided.  Utilities and telephone bills will be at teacher expense.
Here are some pictures of housing that the school provided to teachers

Your apartment will be furnished with basic necessities
- a western style bed
- a table and chairs
- a bureau/wardrobe
- a TV and likely a VCR or DVD
- a fridge
- a washing machine
- a western style toilet
- a stove

You will also have plates and cutlery and basic cooking utensils. You will likely need to pick up the odd thing to get comfortable but all the basic necessities will be provided

~UTILITIES~


As you can see on your contract paper, the school is responsible for paying for your rent but the usage of Utilities is on your own.
